WEBCAST: Managing Financial Performance: New Framework for Traditional Challenges

Change is commonplace within the healthcare industry. Executives are faced with many of the traditional challenges of operating hospitals. Now emerging external factors like the HITECH Act (meaningful use), the Affordable Care Act and an aging U.S. population are pushing providers to change the frameworks in how they view and solve these traditional problems.
Albert Einstein is reported to have said that if he only had one hour to solve a problem, he would spend 55 minutes defining the problem. Following this logic, we must invest the time to examine the challenges facing providers to effectively manage financial performance.
During this live webcast, sponsored by Parallon, dig deeper into the top challenges impacting financial performance and the new approaches to address the challenges.

Register now to join Chris McLean, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare, and David Osborn, Senior Vice President, Advisory Solutions, Parallon, as they discuss questions like:
  • How is implementation of technology impacting financial performance? What key lessons have we learned?
  • What are strategies that help address the need to recruit and retain great talent?
  • What are the greatest challenges in optimizing revenue cycle operations?
The top three financial challenges your peers identified are system implementation and interoperability, recruiting and retaining talent, and reengineering the revenue cycle. If these issues are a major concern in your organization, don’t miss this live webcast and interactive Q&A.
