2013 Medicare Fee Schedule

If you have not updated your fees in the computer system... it's time! Medicare released the 2013 fee schedule for physicians January 1, 2013.

What is the fee schedule? 

The fee schedule outlines the allowed amount for each procedure performed by a physician participating with Medicare.  This year it is important to review the fee schedule because the allowed amount for some procedures has been reduced.  This will result in some loss of revenue.  This is information you should share with your doctor.
